Deep red cloth covers with gitl titles on brown leather strip to spine. All edges and end papers marbled. 330 pages including index. Covers have some light staining. The front blank end papers have three articles from newspapers pasted onto them. The book is signed on the half title page with the inscription "A mon ami B. Meimon, Draguignau le 28 Juilet 1921 - J de Morgan" and facing this a letter has been pasted onto the end paper in which Monsieur Meimon's widow has given the book to some friend's as a token of her appreciation of their kindness on the death of her husband".
